Privacy Policy

Effective August 17, 2026. This policy describes how the Elite Carpet Cleaning website handles information submitted by visitors.

Information you provide

When you request an estimate, contact Elite, or use the virtual assistant, the site may collect your name, phone number, email address, requested service, city or service address, preferred date, and the details you provide. Elite uses this information to respond, schedule service, prepare an estimate, keep a record of the request, and provide customer support.

Website and attribution data

With your analytics choice, the site may record pages viewed, the referring site, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, device and browser information, and interactions such as form starts, successful estimate requests, and phone-link clicks. A phone-link click indicates an attempt to call; it does not prove that a call connected. Contact fields and free-text messages are not sent as Google Analytics event parameters.

Virtual assistant

The virtual assistant uses an artificial-intelligence provider to answer questions and help collect service-request details. Chat messages and related request details may be stored so Elite can respond and review the assistant’s performance. Do not submit sensitive financial, medical, government-identification, or payment-card information through chat.

Service providers

The site uses Vercel for hosting, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for consent-aware measurement, Supabase for secure lead and chat storage, Resend for lead-notification email, and Anthropic for the virtual assistant and fail-open solicitation filtering. These providers process information only as needed to provide their respective services under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Storage, security, and retention

Customer records are restricted to authorized administration paths and server-side services. The browser-facing database role does not receive direct access to lead or chat tables. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, operations, reporting, dispute prevention, and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified according to Elite’s operating procedures.

Your choices

You may choose “Essential only” in the site’s analytics notice. Essential storage supports security, request handling, and your saved choice. You can clear the choice in your browser storage to see the notice again. Advertising storage and personalization are not enabled by the site’s analytics choice.
